Alpine Ski Team FAQ’s
How much does it cost?
Cost’s will vary depending on if you have equipment already or not. Season pass prices also fluctuate but
at currently at $474, all practice are at Hyland Hills and a season pass is required to participate. Race lift
Tickets for the Season will cost approximately $300, this will be billed at the end of the season. Any
registration costs to the school, team fees and training trips are all additional costs that have not been
determined and may vary from season to season.
When/Where we practice?
Before Hyland Hills opens, we will hold dryland practice at Eden Prairie High School, we meet in the
Activities Center Lobby. Plan to work out indoors. Practice time is 7p to 8:45p Monday through Thurs.
When Hyland opens on snow practice goes from 7p to 9p at Hyland Hills in Bloomington. We practice
Mon – Friday except for race days.
Where do we race?
Most races are at Buck Hill. This season varsity races will be held on Tuesday afternoons at 4pm. JV
Races will be held at Hyland Hills on Fridays starting at 4pm.

About the coaches:
The Alpine coaching staff has a combined experience of over 50 years. The coaches bring experience at
the D-Team, Collegiate and Club (US Ski and Snowboard) levels outside of their high school coaching
experience. Many of the coaches have also raced in high level races from high school State meets to
National collegiate races. Our coaches take pride in providing an environment that nurtures a passion
for the sport of skiing and ski racing.+
