Ben Wolfe- Head Coach/ Offensive Coordinator

Coach Wolfe's was named Oriole Head Coach in 2013. He has been working and coaching in St. Louis Park since 2008. Prior to joining the Orioles Football team, he served as the Defensive Coordinator at Minneapolis Washburn High School for 5 years. He works at the Middle School as a Spanish teacher grades 6-8. Coach Wolfe is a graduate of Coeur d’ Alene HS in Coeur d’ Alene, ID. He was a 3-sport athlete in High School and received all state and all conference honors throughout his athletic career. He played college football at Minot State University before graduating from the University of North Dakota. Coach Wolfe has a Spanish K-12 teaching degree/license and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership and is pursuing his Administrative License. He lives in St. Louis Park with his wife, Sarah, and dog, Leila.

Jason Foster- Defensive Coordinator/ Defensive Backs

Coach Foster started in the St. Louis Park football program in 2006 as a Junior High Head Coach. Coach Foster coached traveling basketball for the 7th & 8th graders for St. Louis Park from 2004 – 2006 Winning the MYAS State Championship in 2005. He lettered in football and track at Glenn Hills high school in Augusta Georgia from 1986-1988. Coach Foster is also a Gulf War Veteran, he served in the Gulf War Operation Desert Storm in 1990-1991. Played semi pro football from 1997 - 2006 for the Mid American and Great Plains Football League in Minnesota. He was the 2004 defensive line player of the year for the Shakopee Warriors. MFL All-star from 2003-2006. Coach Foster and his wife Jennifer are the proud parents of three children, daughters Bri-Aunna and Le-Kendria, and son A.J.

Clint Ewald- Offensive Line

Coach Ewald started in the St. Louis Park football program in 2003 after 20 years of high school coaching (Blaine, Kellogg, Roseville and Moundsview) and 14 years of college football coaching. He has his B.A. from Macalester and M.A. from Wake Forest. He and his wife, Judy, have three children and 8 grandchildren.

Arsenio Richardson- Running Backs

Coach Richardson grew up in Minneapolis but went to St. Louis Park schools since 7th grade. He participated in basketball, football and track while in high school. He graduate from Park and went on to play football for three years at the University of Nebraska-Omaha before the program was discontinued. Coach Richardson finished his BA degree at the University of Sioux Falls in Early Childhood. He coached youth football for past two years in Sioux Falls, South Dakota after college. This is his second season working with the St. Louis Park football team. He loves to play basketball and cards in his spare time. He lives in St. Louis Park with his wife, Stephanie, and son, Deuce. 

Ken Morrison/ Freshman Defensive Coordinator

Coach Morrison grew up in Moline, Illinois and attended Moline High School where he played football and ran track as a running back and sprinter, respectively. Coach Morrison attended University or Northern Iowa in Waterloo, Iowa, where he played football as an outside linebacker. He has lived in St. Louis Park for the past 24 years. Coach Morrison has been involved in St. Louis Park schools and community for the past 15 years.  He has coached youth football teams for the past 6 years, track and field for 1 year. Ken and his wife, Barb, have 3 kids in St. Louis Park schools. He enjoys cooking and camping in his spare time.

Darrell Young - Linebackers, JV Head Coach, JV DC

Darrell Young was born and raised in North Minneapolis. Graduated from Patrick Henry High School and lettered at Patrick Henry in his sophomore year. Darrell's experience comes from college football and semi-pro football. Darrell has played in numerous championships and All-Star games as an All-Star in Semi Pro. There is excitement in the air for this football season and many more to come. Darrell is the father of one child, "Sydney," 8 years old.

Evan Williams - Wide Receivers, JV OC

Evan Williams began coaching at St. Louis Park in 2015. His primary responsibilities are as Wide Receiver coach and JV OC for the Orioles, Williams will also be in charge of Kick Returners and conditioning. Williams graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in the winter of 2014 with a degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Biomechanics and sports psychology. During that time Williams served as a Running Back, Wide Receiver, and Fullback.

Rob Griffin - Asst DL, Asst Fr DC, Freshmen Special Teams

Rob Griffin --"I  would be the 3rd if not for my father and grandfather having different middle names."  Rob grew up in north Minneapolis and graduated from Edison High School where he played and lettered in Football and Basketball. He then attended Ridgewater College and University of Arkansas Pine Bluff playing football. He is entering his 5th year of Semi-pro football and has been named to an All-Star team 3 times. He am from a large family with 8 siblings. He is hoping to bring another level of energy to the great staff in place and be part of the great things to come on the field and in the community!

Grant Hartmann

Grant Hartmann is in his first year at St. Louis Park coaching football. A former linebacker in his playing days at Minnetonka and The College of St. Scholastica, he cannot wait to impart some wisdom to the next generation and have fun doing it. Grants current life ambitions and goals can be summed up in two words, “Go Park!”

Braedan Weiss

Braedan attended Watertown-Mayer High School where he played and lettered in Football and Wrestling and Track. He then attended Minnesota State University playing football and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. After Graduating From MNSU he coached defensive line at Crown College. He is hoping to bring knowledge and understanding for what it takes to be a winning successful program. He is excited to work with a great experienced staff and dedicated players.
