The first week practice schedule will be as follows:
Mon. Aug 12th - Fri. Aug 16th - 7:45 am-9:30 am at the St. Louis Park Rec Center
Tues Aug 13th all swimmers will go lift at the HS 9:50 - 10:50. This session is to learn the routine and the proper technique. All lifting sessions will be run by the strength and conditioning coach at SLP, Jessica Gust.
---In case of bad weather, check the website. I will post changes if needed.
---Come with your suit, goggles and any other training equipment you have, ready to swim.
After the first week, please check the calendar for practice times and locations.
Saturday morning practices are from 8:00am-10:45am!! We will not start Saturday morning practices until Sept 7th.
All high school students will have Friday morning practice before school rom 6am until 7:50 am, starting Fri. Sept. 6th.
We will lift every tues and sat.
Remember practice is mandatory!!
